2 - Online Scenario Gamification & InterviewFor some of our roles, you will be invited to complete this stage. We embrace digital ways of recruitment and you will be invited to participate in some online games and complete some pre-recorded questions. The games look to assess a range of cognitive abilities and conscientiousness. They are designed to be a more engaging, fun way to showcase these abilities. The second part of this stage is your chance to stand out and for us to get to know you. It's a video interview (not as scary as it sounds) where you will be asked 4 to 5 questions. You will have up to 7 days to complete this stage and you can pause and come back if needed. We will review your games scores and video interview based on the requirements for the role within 7 days and we may contact you if we have any questions regarding your application before progressing your application to the relevant stage. If you’re successful we’ll make a verbal offer for the role which once accepted, you will be invited to go through our Fraud, Credit and Referencing checks. Once you have completed these checks, we will issue you your contract.
